Fullstack Data Developer

ValueCo is a mission-driven company that aims to explicitly integrate sustainability factors into company performance and market valuations. ValueCo helps investors and issuers see through the noise and opacity ofESG ratings thanks to a transparent and real-time view of market practices.Their SaaS platform collects proprietary ESG scores directly from 50+ institutional investors managing more than$9 trillion in assets, then harmonises and analyses them. They can leverage the diversity of investors' sustainability opinions by providing a market view, similar to a sustainability bid-offer system for financial markets. We raised a seed funding round to expand the team in 2024 and are now looking to diversify our offers for financial institutions.

• Manage the development of new features, including both front-end and back-end (creation of internal or customer APIs, interfaces and data pipelines).
• Set up tests and rules to ensure the quality and absence of regression of our services.
• Work closely with product and data science teams to make the tech serve the product.
• Review our solutions and make continuous proposals to improve it.

Tech stack: Python, ReactJS, Metabase, GitLab, PostgreSQL, AWS, Prometheus.

Ideal profile

• Confirmed fullstack developer with 5+ years of experience,
• Expertise in the various elements of our technical stack, especially Python and the frameworks we rely on (Django, Airflow, Polars, Scikit-Learn, LangChain...),
• Knowledge in AI workflows orchestration and DevOps is a plus,
• Looking for a permanent contract in a growing early-stage start-up,
• Adaptable, autonomous, and eager to build a great product,
• Interest in sustainability and impact projects.
